Celebrate Autumn with Poetry, Apples, and Caramel!

Today the American Literature class and the English IV class celebrated the season with an outdoor feast of apples and caramel along with some readings and creations of autumn poetry! The following is the English IV group poetry project (each group wrote two lines):

It's the season of fall
The leaves dance as they fall to the ground

Leaves as large as a wall

As they fall by the pound

Giving folks thousands of leaves to haul

Under your feet there's a crunching sound

It's autumn ya'll

But what makes the world go round

Is Autumn fashions at the mall
While birds fly south, homeward bound.
